Two neighbors exchanged heated words over some errantly raked leaves with one individual, a 51-year-old male, issuing verbal threats at a home in the 14000 block of Los Padres Court last week. 

The incident occurred Nov. 4 and was the latest spat among the individuals, who Chesterfield Police said have not liked each other for years. According to police, one neighbor become unhappy that leaves had allegedly been swept onto his property. 

The argument did not escalate into physical violence but did turn into a shouting match. One of the individuals involved then made verbal threats. Police have referred to the Chesterfield Municipal Court.
