Petsmart on St. Charles Rock Road. We use their grooming salon and everyone is always very friendly.

I just got a German Shepherd last summer and I've been going to Pet Supplies "Plus" in Ballwin from day one and I love them! They are alway so nice and have amazing food, toys, etc. for him! Everyone who works there are amazing and have wonderful customer service! :) Sarge loves them too!

I love Pet Supplies "Plus" in Ballwin too! They always have everything my two Chihuahua's need and much more. Plus the owners are wonderful, down to Earth people. Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Sullivan for your business that gives back to my four legged children and the community.

Pet Supplies Plus is the place my dog likes the best. If you care about your dog - just look at their face when you park. You can talk about the owners and the employees - they are really the best in St Louis - but let your dog tell you. Mine thinks that's her favorite place .

My nomination would be Pets Supplies "Plus" is Ballwin. They have the best customer service in the land . . . . . . ya can't beat it anywhere! Pet products are available in a number of stores, but not the kind of service for the products you get from the Pets Supplies "Plus" staff,

NO ONE puts more focus on the pet community and "giving back" than Jeanne and John Sullivan at Pet Supplies Plus in Ballwin. They have the biggest hearts and give continually of their time and resources to local pet rescue groups. Any time I have approached them with a need for a local group or an idea they offer any support they can. You can have a great "store" that "sells" things for pets.....but it takes a very different focus to create a "family" store that looks to the heart first.

Pet Supplies Plus in Ballwin has my vote! These guys go out of their way to make our rescue group feel welcome, and are always there to support us in our fundraising efforts. Each of their employees takes time to give our rescue animals attention and sneak them treats! Jeanne and John are wonderful and they have an awesome staff!
