6 North Cafe in Ballwin got the top nod from Patch readers who voted in our weekly Food Fight poll this week when we asked for your favorite java joint in West County.

When we closed the poll on Friday, the Clayton Road spot in Ballwin had racked up 58.8 percent of the votes among the four finalists that readers nominated early in the week.

The other three nominees in the poll were The Wolf Public House, with 16.2 percent of the vote; Kaldi's, with 11.7 percent; and Starbucks, with 13.2 percent (not equal to 100 percent because of rounding).

Voting took place from Thursday morning through Friday at 5 p.m.
