We had the pleasure of completing a room addition in the winter of 2012 in the Greentrails subdivision. This project also included a kitchen, bath, and laundry room remodel as well.  Interestingly, we completed this project after first helping the homeowners remedy a major termite issue in 2010.  That was the third major termite damage repair that we have complted just in that neighborhood over the past few years.  Chesterfield homeowners should be aware of the issue, and monitor their own homes for damage.  We took several measures when completing this project to address the issue and construct the building in such a way to prevent recurrence.
