It's a scoop, it's official.  Chesterfield Patch food writer Christopher Reilly has learned that Tahoe Joe's Famous Steakhouse will definitely open its first location outside California right here in Chesterfield. Feast magazine previously reported that the company was eyeing St. Louis and Chesterfield.
