StL Ranked 5th Worst City for Men

Find out which city is the best for men, as ranked by Men's Health Magazine.

Sorry, dudes, bros, fellas, sirs or whatever you call yourselves. St. Louis ranks 96th out of 100 in a list of the best cities for men.

The annual ratings from Men's Health Magazine factor in 35 categories across 100 cities, looking at things like exercise, employment and air quality, from sources such as the Bureau of Labor Statistics and the FBI.

Burlington, VT made the No. 1 spot.

"The obesity epidemic, which has been linked to heart disease, cancer, and diabetes, hasn't hit as badly here," James Vecchio, M.D., a professor of medicine at the University of Vermont, told the magazine. "We have health-conscious patients."

There was no explanation how St. Louis scored the low ranking. One guess is the St. Louis area must be nearly the opposite of Burlington in most categories examined.

Does St. Louis deserve it's No. 96 rank? What do you think?
