Construction of New Hyatt Hotel Underway
The new hotel will be adjacent to Clarkson Road near the entrance to the Chesterfield Mall.
The land has been flattened to make way for a new Hyatt Hotel in Chesterfield.
for an eight-story 145-room Hyatt Place hotel, next to the existing Drury Plaza hotel.
Hyatt will share parking and a restaurant with Drury, and there is also plans to expand the current parking lot.
According to a St. Louis Business Business Journal article, the 1.05-acre site is valued at $1 million. It is owned by Drury, and was part of the plan when the initial 274-room Drury Plaza Hotel was built.
