Former Chesterfield Restaurant Re-Opens in Ellisville

Veritas Gateway to Food and Wine officially has a new home. 

Veritas left Chesterfield earlier this year with plans to re-open down the road in Ellisville. According to the a report in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Veritas is now open for business. The store is now open at to 15860 Fountain Plaza Drive at the corner of Clarkson and Clayton Roads in Ellisville. 

Back in January, Veritas told Patch that the new location that will offer a more comprehensive wining and dining experience. The move is being driven by a desire to use a space that is better suited for the restaurant side of the operation while also more closely incorporating its retail wine shop, according to owner Stephanie Stitt.
