Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers Coming to Chesterfield Mall

The national fast food chain will be opening one of its first Missouri locations on April 18.

Chicken finger fans rejoice, you will soon have a restaurant dedicated almost exclusively to the fried poultry specialty here in Chesterfield with the announcement that a Raising Cane’s will be opening in Chesterfield Mall.

A representative of the national fast-food chain said they are currently planning for an April 18 opening. The restaurant is part of a trio of locations that represents the company’s first foray into the St. Louis market and all three will be situated in shopping malls.

According to Raising Cane’s website, the St. Louis Galleria in Brentwood and Mid Rivers Mall in St. Peters will also soon be home to the chicken finger-specializing establishments.

Originally opened in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1996, the fast-food chain had expanded to 16 states by 2012 and produced around $250 million in revenue last year.
