Chili's, 955 Chesterfield Center
Inspection Date: June 17
Grade: A (98)
Dish machine-is not sanitizing between uses. Follow up is required-July 1. Will use three-compartment sink until repaired/replaced. Dish Area-caulking is dark in color. Must be cleaned or replaced. REPEAT VIOLATION. Vertical freezer door-torn gasket. Not replaced. Ceiling vents-cooks/prep areas-appear to be rusting. Repair/replace by next routine inspection. Restroom-ceiling tiles are missing. Replace by next routine inspection. REPEAT VIOLATION--Floor tiles-grout is still missing-standing water.

Utensils not sanitized between uses.

Edgewild Restaurant & Winery, 550 Chesterfield Center
Inspection Date: June 17
Grade: A (100)
Dish machine is not sanitizing between uses. This machine has an option to quat sanitize. Manager on duty is setting the machine up to use quat sanitize. Follow up is required-July 1.
