Raw chicken in bus tubs left standing on the floor in the prep area. Manager moved to a prep table (COS). Pending a 30-day follow up. Damp wiping cloths being used to stabilize cutting boards.

Grade: A (95) Follow-up required.
Dish machine is not sanitizing. Dish machine evacuation is not draining properly releasing dirty water all over the dish room floor.
