This week's review round-up is grabbing a booth at The Hangar Grill located on Long Road in Chesterfield Valley.

Michelle S. gave it 4/5 stars: "Outstanding bison burger cooked medium rare, just like I ordered it. Service is sketchy and the coleslaw is worse."

Jeff S. gave it 4/5 stars: "Very talented young chef. Simple menu but everything prepared to perfection.  Great place to take kids as well.  Front of house service good, could be a little more responsive and attentive.  Overall one of the hidden gems in the Chesterfield Valley."

DeltaFoodie liked it:  "Any discussion of the best burgers in St. Louis is incomplete without consideration of The Hangar Grill. Their burgers are delicious. Time after time they have been perfectly cooked."

Eric Klein didn't like it: "Went for lunch. ordered food ~12:15. At 12:45 noticed 2 large tables who ordered ahead of us had not received food. Asked if there was a problem, then informed only one cook on site. Decided to leave and I paid the cashier for the bill for our soft drinks."

Christopher Aslinger liked it: "I frequent The Hangar Grill weekly, and must admit to having a soft-spot in my [sic] appitite for the Gyro sandwich served w/ cottage cheese. The meat is as tender as it is delicious and bread is equally joy-filling as a great compliment to the sandwich. The fellow diners that visit with me enjoy the BLT served with steak fries."
