Restaurant Review Round-Up: The Sports Page

This week's review round-up is grabbing a booth at The Sports Page, located near the corner of Olive Boulevard and Woods Mill Road.

"The Sports Page promises good food, good drinks and good times, and it prides themselves on what it says is the best burger in St. Louis, no holds barred. Stop in and enjoy a 1/2 pound fresh Angus Beef Burger or chicken wings. Relax at one of the 26 tables or 25 bar stools, or shoot a game of pool. Watch the game on one of the several TV's while enjoying a Bucket of Beer special."

Rader S.: "The wings at the sports page are amazing. These are definitely the best buffalo wings in St. Louis. Wings are cooked fresh to order and are never old. The hamburgers are also quite legendary. The people on this site that criticize the hamburgers do not know what they are talking about."

Kayla W. "The hamburger was cooked, PERFECTLY. Only bad remark I have...without the cheese or salt & pepper I added, the hamburger would have been flavorless. Still worth going to again and yes I'd order a hamburger again."

Dave C.: "Divey, but fun place. We caught 2 SF giants games here when we were in St. Louis and the beer is cheap and cold and the staff is super friendly. Food was just average."

Andy K: "Sat at the bar. GF ordered chicken strips, I ordered chicken wings. They were out of dummies when I ordered, no problem. 45 minutes later and no food they finally tell us they are out of wings and strips. Not the kind of service I want."

Paul: "They were not busy but the food again was top notch. This is a burger and fries place but they did add chicken wings to the menu. I ordered the wings hot. They come in just drummies outstanding. I was in wing heaven when I ate my order."
