What Stores Will be Coming to Chesterfield's Outlet Malls?
Find out retailers are headed to the future St. Louis Premium Outlets and Taubman Prestige Outlets in Chesterfield Valley.

If you combine both the St. Louis Premium Outlets and the Taubman Prestige Outlets, you will end up with a whopping 140-plus storefronts in Chesterfield.
Taubman Prestige Outlets officially opened Friday with 47 stores out of a possible 70 and promises of more announcements to come as officials say the development is 80 percent leased.

Currently, St. Louis Premium Outlets has by far the most, with more than 100 stores listed across its 350,000 square feet space, which will open Aug. 22.
The city of Chesterfield has been providing weekly updates online about prospective tenants for Taubman Prestige Outlets and the future St. Louis Premium Outlets. You can get to Taubman Prestige Outlets by taking Highway 40/I-64 into Chesterfield Valley and then exiting at Boone's Crossing. The development is located on the north side of the highway.
St. Louis Premium Outlets will be located on Chesterfield Airport Road at the east end of the Valley just south of the Daniel Boone Bridge.

About the Outlets:
St. Louis Premium Outlets is set to open Aug. 22. The $100 million, 350,000-square-foot complex will include 85 stores located on the south side of Highway 40 just east of the Daniel Boone Bridge. It is being developed by Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group and Forth Worth, Texas-based Woodmont Outlets.
Taubman Prestige Outlets is set to open Aug. 2. The $150 million, 450,000-square-foot project will include more than 100 stores on North Outer 40 east of Boone’s Crossing. It is being developed by Bloomfield Hills, Mich.-based Taubman Centers and Warren, N.J.-based OutletPartners LLC.
