The first Which Wich location in St. Louis opened on Tuesday to unseasonably cool and rainy weather, but it did nothing to dampen the spirits of owner Jeanne Town.
A St. Louis native, Town said she was excited to move back to the area and open the restaurant, which hummed with activity during its first lunch rush. The sandwich chain is based in Texas and specializes in highly customizable sandwiches and wraps.
It's Located on Clarkson Road in the Dierbergs shopping center in Chesterfield and open from 10:30 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday.
