Join Chesterfield Arts for a shoebox filling & decorating event on November 23, 2013, from 12-3pm at Chesterfield Arts (444 Chesterfield Center) to decorate & fill shoeboxes with art supplies and personal hygiene items for children in need. The effort is in support of Operation Christmas Child, which sends boxes of small gifts to children overseas during the holidays.
