Blue Angels Set to Soar Above Chesterfield
The aerial stunt squad will perform at Spirit of St. Louis Airport in May 2014.
Families will have a chance to see the famed Blue Angels in the skies above Chesterfield at the Spirit of St. Louis Airport in May 2014.
The St. Louis Business Journal is reporting that the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squad last appeared in 2010 at Scott Air Force Base and had was last at Spirit of St. Louis in 2007.
It's also good news for the local economy, according to the Business Journal, who said similar-sized air shows around the country had generated $5 million in economic activity. For more information about the two-day event, read the full story here.
