Firefighter Demo to Burn Room and Suppress Flames at the Mall Saturday
Monarch Fire Protection District safety fair to bring rescue helicopter out of the sky at Chesterfield Mall.
Monarch Fire Protection District hosts a safety fair at Chesterfield Mall on Saturday, 11am-3pm.
Fire trucks will be on display and a rescue helicopter will land at the fair and stay for fairgoers to examine.
Firefighters will demonstrate—with real fire—what it takes to tame a single-room fire.

There will also be a pseudo car crash vehicle with rescue workers demonstrating how they extract an individual trapped in a car.
