Shrubs, foliage vanish around electrical towers; protest signs appear along Schoettler Road at creek crossing. Ameren blamed.

Signs decrying the removal of trees, shrubs and other foliage on a creek bank at Schoettler Road in Chesterfield popped up on Sunday at the side of the road.
