T.J. Wings, Mulligan's in Virtual Tie in Wing Food Fight

T.J. Wings edged its closest rival by 14 votes out of 704 cast. With the Super Bowl looming and a need for gridiron snacks, now you know readers' favorite spots for buffalo wings in West County.

There was no majority among the votes cast in this week's West County Food Fight over buffalo wings, but the top three were clear and the leader in the end—by 14 votes—was T.J. Wings in Valley Park.

Out of 704 votes cast, with votes mounting quickly toward the end, in Ellisville came in second. T.J. Wings and Mulligan's virtually tied with 35 and 33 percent of the vote respectively. Rounding out the top three was  in Eureka with 28 percent.

The other finalists each had 2 percent or fewer of the votes:  in Ballwin;  in Ellisville;  in Eureka;  in Eureka;  in Town and Country; and  in Chesterfield.

Voting took place from Thursday morning through Friday at 5 p.m.
