Tags on Sale Wednesday for Eberwein Dog Park

Tags will cost $10 a dog for the first year.

Tags for the Eberwein Dog Park will go on sale Wednesday at . Tags are required to use the dog park, which is expected to open in September.

According to a city news release, the two-acre park will have a separate area for small dogs, as well as one for all dogs to play in. There will be a pavilion, too, so owners can enjoy some shade while their pups get some exercise. 

To purchase a tag, you'll need to bring proof that your dog has been spayed or neutered, plus shot records that show they've had there rabies and Bordetella shots. You'll also need to bring your driver's license as the park will be open to Chesterfield residents only.

The tags cost $10 for each dog for the first year.
