Viewfinder: Downtown Chesterfield Lake Is Stocked

Largemouth bass were added to the lake Thursday. In a few years, residents will be able to fish.

The Missouri Department of Conservation delivered one last shipment of fish to the lake at Chesterfield Parkway and Wild Horse Creek Road Thursday.

The 17-acre lake has been stocked with catfish, bluegill and largemouth bass. , which owns the lake, began stocking it last year through a grant program with the conservation department. In about three years, people will be able to fish at the lake.
