Viewfinder: Marquette's Prom Fashion Show and Crafts at Fusion

Marquette's choir hosted a "Night to Shine" prom fashion show to raise money. Fusion, an artists' collective in Chesterfield Mall, offered a day to make homemade Valentine's gifts.

Each week, we'll be running snapshots of life in Chesterfield. We'll be at band concerts, story times, plays and other activities around town. This week, we were at Marquette High School's prom fashion show, put on by Marquette choirs. We also headed to Fusion in Chesterfield Mall for a craft event. Kids and families could pick several projects to make as homemade Valentine's gifts.

If you know of somewhere we should be next week, let us know in the comments or e-mail editor Rachel Heaton at rachel.heaton@patch.com
