The Forum Shopping Center Goodwill: My Favorite Place for Vintage Coach

Find some awesome vintage Coach bags for cheap!

The Goodwill at the corner of Olive and Woods Mill Road is my favorite Goodwill for this reason: there is a good chance of finding an awesome vintage Coach bag there. I have bought two coach bags there, each for about 20-30 bucks, and found a really great one this week that I wanted to share with you all! I resisted the temptation to buy it, even though at $25 it is a real steal, considering you can find the exact same bag online for over a hundred on Etsy! The two-tone leather is nice if you're lazy like me and never want to switch purses to match the rest of your outfit.

Some of my other favorite things that I found on my trip this week were a braided leather belt similar to this one at Nordstrom that you could score for a couple of dollars. Although there were a ton of jeans, this isn't the best place for vintage denim, although I did find a pair of Wranglers that would be good for cut-offs like the kind that run more than I'm willing to pay at Urban Outfitters (and also run shorter than I'm willing to wear).

In the home department, there were some wooden TV trays that could be sanded, painted or refinished to make a cool little side table or convenient foldable table for BBQs or patios. One great idea I saw online was to refinish one to make a chess board. I'm not really really a chess fan, but I am a board-game geek, so I can definitely see potential in that!

My final favorite item was this little corked glass bottle that was being choked by some awful raffia. For four bucks, this bottle would make a nice, simple vase that would be great holding a tiny bunch of wildflowers. Another idea would be to cluster it with some other rustic bottles like with these from West Elm to make a centerpiece. Or, if you're feeling more adventurous, try your hand at making a terrarium!

And if you buy or try any of these let me know!
