“JDRF is privileged to honor Arash, Ray and Carlos at this year’s Oceans of Hope Dream Gala, May 7th at the Kemp Auto Museum.  These are three extraordinary men and great supporters in our goal of finding a cure for diabetes,” said Marie Davis, JDRF Executive Director Metro Saint Louis/Greater Missouri Chapter.

The Oceans of Hope Dream Gala committee has set the fun and fundraising bar extremely high this year with a goal of $1,000,000 for research to treat, cure and ultimately prevent diabetes. "Eighty percent of the monies raised at this Gala will go directly to research to slow the progression of diabetes complications in the newly diagnosed, reversing it in people who have lived with the disease for years and moving forward to prevent the disease in people at risk and in future generations," said Davis.

“The Kemp Auto Museum is honored that the St. Louis chapter of JDRF has selected our venue again to host their annual Dream Gala event for the sixth straight year,” notes Director of Special Events Lisa Roberts. She adds, “We are anticipating that the Dream Gala guests will enjoy a great evening of dining and live entertainment.”
