'The Art of Purchasing Art...'

"Good art does not match your sofa or your furniture." I don't know who originally said this, but I would bet it was a talented artist from way back when...and still holds true today.

In purchasing artwork you should ask yourself three questions:

1.  Do I really like the piece (painting, sculpture, glasswork, ceramic art, whatever it may be)?
2.  Will it 'compliment' the environment I want to put it in?
3.  Is it in my budget?

Check out www.arttrendsgallery.net for answers to these questions and more, under 'The Art of Possibilities...'

And remember, 'In art, the best is good enough.'
