Rockwood teachers are requesting assistance with informing families that Wednesday evening will be a Celebration of Life for Mr. Walsh at Schrader’s Funeral Home on Manchester Road in Ballwin. This is not a service, and there will be no viewing.

Two of my sons have had Mr. Walsh as their teacher at CCL. And he was BOTH of their favorite teacher. Mr. Walsh was such a fun and caring teacher, and even went so far as to call me at home to talk about my son. CCL won't be the same without him. My thoughts and prayers go out to his partner, and his family. Fly with the Angels, Jay!

It was trully a pleasure to have met Mr. Walsh. He encouraged my son to pursue his passion of learning foreign languages. I met Mr. Walsh once and the words that he said to me gave me encouragement and pride when he related to me how well my son was doing in his classes. I will never forget how he made me feel and I will forever be grateful.

My oldest son had Mr. Walsh as one of his teachers at CCL. Our family sends their condolences and prayers to Mr. Walsh's partner and family at this difficult time.
