Burglar Sneaks Into Chesterfield Display Home

The would-be thief attempted to take at TV, but police reported that the individual was unsuccessful.

A burglar who attempted to take advantage of a unlocked display home in a Chesterfield subdivision earlier this month but came away empty-handed.

Chesterfield Police reported that the unknown individual entered the home in the Brunhaven Court subdivision, which is located on off Olive Blvd. just north of Ladue Road,  sometime overnight between April 12 and April 13.

It is believe that the individual than tried to grab a TV. Police noted that it had been pulled away from the wall, but was not taken. The incident is being investigated as a case of residential burglary.
