Anger Leads to Chesterfield Crime; Police Log Shows

Police said:

July 22, 10:08pm, 30 block Chesterton Lane: Assault. A 46-year-old man struck 29-year-old girlfriend on face after argument causing minor injuries. He also threw the girlfriend's phone, causing damage.

July 20-21, 2100 block Schoettler Road: Someone damaged victim's mailbox.

July 19, 10:08pm, 17000 block Chesterfield Airport Road: A 27-year-old man was cited for peace disturbance after continually reving his motorcycle in parking lot.

July 17, 2pm, 200 block Woods Mill Road: A 54-year-old woman damaged the victim's vehicle after dispute over parking spot.

June 4-5, 400 block White Pine Ridge Court: Someone damaged a victim's pool by heaving paver stones into it.

July 15-16, 10 block Ridge Crest Drive: Someone smashed a mailbox with landscaping brick.

July 16, 3:40pm, 100 block THF Boulevard: A 40-year-old man damaged the victim's car after her car almost struck the victim's children while crossing the parking lot.

July 16, 11:44pm, 400 Whittree Lane: A 22-year-old man threatened his father with a sword after argument over finances.

July 11, 8:41pm, 15000 block Still House Creed Road: Someone made a threatening phone call to victim. 

July 11, 1:11pm, 2100 block of Bow Tree Court: A 27-year-old son was intoxicated and damaged gas meter to parents' home.

July 11, 12:30am, 14000 Schoettler Manor Court: Three 16 year-old boys and one 15 year-old boy sprayed hot sauce over a police vehicle as it was on patrol. All four boys were out after curfew, police said.

July 11, 3:30am, 15000 block Carriage Hill Drive: A 30 year-old man kicked in door on house where former girlfriend was visiting.
