Chesterfield Man Arrested in Molestation Charge

Defendant convicted 10 years ago for sodomy with 10-year-old.

A Chesterfield man was arrested Monday after being charged Thursday with six counts of child molestation.

Thomas Marvin Hill, 56, was charged with sexually touching two young people on multiple occasions from June 5, 2006 through Nov. 19, 2010, according to a report from Chesterfield Police.

He was arrested Monday, April 16, police said.

UPDATE: Hill no longer lives in Chesterfield, an ex-wife said.

The report states the vicims told police about the incidents. There is a Jan. 5 order of protection for a minor child against Thomas M. Hill that runs for a year, until 2013, St. Louis County Court records show.

Court records showed a $20,000 cash-only bond was imposed.

Hill was convicted Jan. 24, 2003 of committing first-degree statutory sodomy with a 10-year-old girl, and is subject to lifetime supervision, the police report states. Prosecutors said they asked for prison time but that a judge decided otherwise.

Missouri State Highway Patrol's Missouri Sex Offender Registry shows Hill living in the 1000 block Kuhs Street in Richmond Heights, near the intersection of Clayton Road and South Skinker Boulevard.
