Chesterfield Man Faces Heroin Possession Charges After Overdose

Police said they responded to what was initially thought as a sick call at a home in Chesterfield and found heroin and drug paraphernalia in the residence.

Police are investigating a case of felony drug possession after a 37-year-old Chesterfield man overdosed on heroin.Β 

On Jan. 13, EMS crews responded to a sick call in the 15000 block of Heather Glen that turned out to be a case of drug overdose. Police said they become involved and discovered what was suspected to be heroin and drug paraphernalia in the residence, the home of a family member of the suspect.Β 

The victim turned suspect has made a full recovery, according to police. As a felony drug case, it will be handled by the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.Β
