Chesterfield Teens Busted for Drug Possession

Two teenagers are being charged with misdemeanor drug possession after they were found with a small baggie of marijuana during a suspicious vehicle stop in Chesterfield. 

The incident occurred Nov. 20 at around 7:15 a.m. in the 2100 block of Willow Forest Court and involved a 18-year-old male and a 15-year-old male, according to the Chesterfield Police Department. 

Chesterfield Officer Mike Ryffel said they initiated the stop after a resident called about a suspicious vehicle in her neighborhood. The officer conducting the stop was alerted to the possible presence of marijuana after he smelled it in the car, Ryffel said.
