Cop Report: Woman Lets Someone Shoplift from Her Employer; Plus, Jewelry Thefts

Between July 1, 2009, and July 6, 2013, in the 1800 block of Westmeade Drive, police said they received a report of identify theft involving an unknown subject who used the victim's information to open up a credit account.

On Aug. 20, in the 15000 block of Olive Boulevard, in Friendship Village, police received a report of a threatened assault when a 55-year-old man threatened a coworker at the business.

Between Aug. 19-20, in the 50th block of Conway Cove Drive, someone stole construction equipment and power tools from a home that was being renovated.

Between Aug. 12 and Aug. 20, in the 14000 block of North Outer 40 Road, someone stole jewelry from an apartment.

Between Aug. 16 and Aug. 20, someone stole jewelry from a home in the 14000 block of Tullytown Court.

Between Aug. 5 and Aug. 16, in the 14000 block of Ladue Road at the Green Trails Mobile service station, police received a report that a 25-year-old woman who worked for the business allowed a customer to shoplift from the store.

On Aug. 14, at Gordman's in the 300 block of THF Boulevard, police received a report that a 40-year-old woman tried to defraud the retailers by switching tags on merchandise she was attempting to return.
