A 53-year-old Chesterfield man charged in the manslaughter of Chesterfield teacher Janet Esrock had his pre-trial conference continued or postponed until after the year-end holidays.

Esrock was 50, a wife, and mother of three. She taught math and coached at Whitfield School in Creve Coeur. . She and her son were returning home from a friend's Friday night football game, about 10 p.m.

McCormick lived in the same Wildhorse Creek Road area. He is employed by Saint Louis University Medical Center, and supervises maintenance.
