Fraud Charges Fill Chesterfield Police Blotter

The following arrest information was supplied by the Chesterfield Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. All addresses given are generic. 

Editor's note: There were an unusually high number of fraud cases reported this week, which police suspect may be the result of a cyber attack at Schnucks. At this point, however, police said their investigation is still ongoing, but it is hard to say exactly how many be related.

March 31

Fraud, 1000 Nooning Tree Dr. - An unknown subject used the victim’s credit card information to make purchases.

April 1

Larceny (more than $500), 700 Crown Industrial Ct. – An unknown subject took an utility trailer from the rear of a business sometime overnight.

Fraud, 17000 Church Rd. - An unknown subject used the victim’s credit card information to make purchases.

Larceny, 100 THF Blvd. – A 53-year-old male switched the UPC sticker on merchandise and purchased the item at a lower cost.

Drug possession, 100 Hilltown Village Ctr. – A 26-year-old female was found in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia after being stopped for a suspicious person check.

Larceny, 14000 Water Ridge Ct. – An unknown subject entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle and took a backpack sometime overnight.

April 2

Fraud, 14000 Radcliffeborough Ct. – An unknown subject used the victim’s credit card information to make purchases.

Drug possession, 14000 Tramore Dr. – A 23-year-old male, a 20-year-old male and a 20-year-old female were found in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia after a drug violation investigation.

Stolen vehicle, 2200 Village Green Pkwy. – Sometime between Jan. 1 and March 31, an unknown subject damaged the victim’s car door and steering column but did not take the vehicle or anything inside.

Fraud, 1500 Walpole Dr. – On March 15, an unknown subject used the victim’s credit card information to make purchases.

Fraud, 14000 Cross Trails Dr. – On March 21, an unknown subject used the victim’s credit card information to make purchases.

Fraud, 14000 White Lane Ct. – On March 26, an unknown subject used the victim’s credit card information to make purchases.

Fraud, 14000 Westerly Pl. – On Jan. 28, an unknown subject used the victim’s credit card information to make purchases.

Fraud, 200 S. Greentrails Dr. – On March 25, an unknown subject used the victim’s credit card information to make purchases.

Fraud, 14000 Forest Crest Dr. – Sometime between March 1 and March 28, an unknown subject used the victim’s credit card information to make purchases.

Fraud, 15000 Coventry Woods Ct. – On March 22, an unknown subject used the victim’s credit card information to make purchases.

Fraud, 14000 Los Padres Ct. – On March 22, an unknown subject used the victim’s credit card information to make purchases.

Fraud, 700 Walfield Ln. – Between March 18 and March 19, an unknown subject used the victim’s credit card information to make purchases.

Fraud, 200 Ambridge Ct. – On March 22, an unknown subject used the victim’s credit card information to make purchases.
