Knife Threat Reported In Domestic Spat
Police report shoplifting, office thefts, leaving children in a car, domestic violence.
A 56-year-old woman threatened her husband with a knife during an argument over their daughter, Chesterfield police reported. The domestic violence—aggravated assault with a knife—took place in the 1800 block of Farm Valley Drive on Monday, about 8 p.m. The house is located in a subdivision of 30-year-old houses, three- and four-bedroom, just off Schoettler Road between Highway 40/64 and Clayton Road.
A 42-year-old woman was cited by Chesterfield police Monday for leaving children unattended in a vehicle, while she went inside a store in Chesterfield Valley. The incident occurned about 6 p.m. in the 60 block of THF Boulevard, which runs between stores and eateries along Chesterfield Airport Road and Highway 40/64.
Medication of some sort was stolen from an unlocked car at Baxter Road and Forest Ridge Dr. Police said it was a case of larceny under $500 from an auto.
