Police Arrest Armed Robbery Suspect

The 28-year-old Ballwin man is suspected of two armed robberies.

A man suspected of robbing two people at gunpoint in Chesterfield this week has been arrested.

Issac Bernstein, 28, of Ballwin, was arrested Tuesday. Bernstein is suspected of robbing a pizza delivery driver at gunpoint in the 800 block of Chesterfield Parkway West on Monday. He's also suspected of attempting to rob another victim about 30 minutes later in Chesterfield Valley. 

A witness of one of the robberies saw Bernstein Tuesday morning in Wildwood and called Chesterfield Police. Police arrested him off of Wild Horse Creek Road at about 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Bernstein has been charged with robbery in the first degree, attempted robbery in the first degree and two felony counts of armed criminal action. He is being held in the St. Louis County jail on a $150,000 cash bond.
