Police Blotter: Four Charged with Marijuana Possession

Part two of the weekly incident report from the Chesterfield Police Department

The following information was supplied by the Chesterfield Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Nov. 13

Felony shoplifting – An unknown subject took more than $500 of camera equipment from a business in Chesterfield Mall.

Shoplifting – A 33-year-old male concealed fishing lures and took them from a store in the 100 block of THF Boulevard.

Violation of ex-parte – A 62-year-old male violated conditions of a court order of protection by following the victim. The incident occurred near the Boones Crossing exit in Chesterfield Valley.

Felony shoplifting – A 33-year-old male stole more than $500 of video games and alcohol from the Chesterfield Walmart. The subject was stopped by store security and arrested by the Chesterfield Police Department with charges pending from the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s office. He was also connected to a theft Oct. 29.

Nov. 12

Armed Robbery – An unknown subject entered a house in the 40 block of Old Belle Monte Road, confronted the owners with an edge weapon, tied them up and then took money and jewelry. He also used their vehicle to leave the house, but it was recovered at a nearby apartment complex.

Drug possession – Three 22-year-old males and one 22-year-old females were found in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia in the 14000 block of Rialto Drive.

Closed checks – A 30-year-old male passed a check from a closed account to a business in the 17000 block of Chesterfield Airport Road.

Gas drive-off – An unknown subject pumped gasoline and drove off without paying from a service station in the 14000 block of Clayton Road.

Nov. 11

Peace Disturbance – A 51-year-old female left a dog outside that was continually barking in the 15000 block of Country Ridge Drive.

Assault – A 38-year-old male yelled at and then kick the victim’s leg after an argument in the 14000 block of Rainy Lake Drive.

Nov. 10

Larceny, auto – An unknown subject took a hood ornament off of a victim’s vehicle at the Chesterfield Mall.

Property damage – An unknown subject damaged a door lock on a vehicle in the intersection of Appalachian Trail and Duxbury Way in an attempt to gainy entry.

Gas drive-off – A 62-year-old female pumped gasoline and drove off without paying from a service station in the 14000 block of Olive Boulevard.

Drug possession – A 25-year-old male was found in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia after being stopped for a traffic violation near the intersection of Chesterfield Commons Drive and Edison Avenue.

Property damage, vehicle – An unknown subject broke out a window on a vehicle in the 15000 block of Olive Boulevard.

Larceny, auto – An unknown subject broke out a windown on a vehicle in the 15000 block of Olive Boulevard and took a purse containing medication, money, wallets and a cell phone.

Liquor Violation –Two 15-year-old males and one 16-year-old male were found in an intoxicated condition after a party in the 1100 block of Richland Drive was broken up.

Larceny, residence – An unknown subject took the victim’s bicycle where it had been left outside an apartment in the 16000 block of Macross Court.

Larceny, person – An unknown subject took the victim’s wallet in the 300 block of East Chesterfield Center.
