Police Blotter: Furniture Thrown Into Pools

The Chesterfield Police blotter provides information on reported incidents from July 20 though July 24.

The following information was supplied by the Chesterfield Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. 

July 20

  • Someone drove across a lawn in the 100 block of Chateaugay Lane, leaving tire marks.
  • Two 15-year-old girls took clothing from a store in Chesterfield Mall.

  • Someone threw a liquor bottle at a victim's vehicle, causing damage to the rear quarter panel. The incident occurred near the intersection of Land O Woods Drive and Woods Mill Road.
  • A 17-year-old man was in possession of suspected cocaine and paraphernalia in the 500 block of Upper Conway Circle where a large underage party with alcohol and curfew violations had been broken up earlier.
  • A 20-year-old man left his residence in the 14000 block of Reelfoot Lake Drive and did not return. He later came back, though.
  • A 41-year-old woman violated a court order of protection by coming to her ex-husband's home in the 2100 block of Woodland Field Court.
  • A 54-year-old woman took cosmetics from a store in the 100 block of THF Boulevard.
  • A 56-year-old man violated a court order of protection by remaining in a home in the 1600 block of Wilson Forest View Court after he had been served with the order.

July 22

  • Someone broke the fog lamp on a vehicle in the 15000 block of Millrun Court.
  • Someone threw lawn furniture, two bags of potting soil and two clay pots into a pool in the 400 block of White Pine Ridge Court.
  • A woman continues to make harassing and vulgar calls to her ex-boyfriend's place of employment. The incident was reported in the 700 block of Beechcraft Avenue.
  • A 56-year-old man violated a court order of protection by returning to a home in the 1600 block of Wilson Forest View Court and taking a vehicle without permission.
  • A 69-year-old man fell off a ladder while working on his home in the 1800 block of Lazy Ridge Court. The man's injuries were fatal.
  • Someone damaged the wiring of an irrigation system in the 300 block of Woodcliffe Place Drive.
  • A victim's Amazon account was used by someone to make an online purchase. The incident was reported in the 13000 block of Coliseum Drive.
  • A 31-year-old woman was stopped for a traffic violation on Highway 40 near the Boone's Crossing exit when it was discovered she had marijuana and Hydrocodone pills.
  • A bicycle was taken from a shared garage in the 600 block of Broadmoor Drive.
  • A 15-year-old boy took a wallet from someone at Chesterfield Mall.

July 23
A 19-year-old man damaged clothing and then stole it from a store in Chesterfield mall.

July 24

  • Someone damaged several mailboxes and threw furniture into a pool in the 16000 block of Lea Oak Court.
  • Someone placed trash cans on a victim's vehicle, which caused damage. The incident happened in the 16000 block of Wilson View Estates Drive.
  • A 17-year-old girl stole a key ring from a store in Chesterfield Mall.
  • A 21-year-old woman assaulted her mother after an argument over rent in the 13000 block of Post Road.
  • A 17-year-old boy entered his father's residence in the 500 block of Upper Conway Circle after he had been told not to.
  • A 17-year-old boy had marijuana and drug paraphernalia near the intersection of Conway Road and E Chesterfield Parkway.
  • Someone knocked over two U.S. Postal Service mailboxes from their support bases at the intersection of N Outer 40 Road and Timberlake Manor Parkway.

Earlier
Feb. 1
Someone used the victim's social security number to file a tax return out of state. The incident was reported in the 14000 block of Millchester Circle.

May 20
A victim's credit card information was used to purchase cell phones. The incident was reported in the 1100 block of Nooning Tree Drive.

July 7
Someone took CDs from a store in the 1600 block of Clarkson Road.

July 18
A home health care aid hired by the victim took a purse from the victim's closet in a home in the 14000 block of Rainy Lake Drive.
