Police blotter: Halloween Weekend Scares Up Liquor Violations

Part one of the weekly incident report from the Chesterfield Police Department

The following information was supplied by the Chesterfield Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Nov. 2

Larceny, business – Several unknown subjects did not pay for cab fare after reaching their destination in the 100 block of Cedar Bridge Court.

Liquor violation – A 17-year-old male was found in possession of alcohol after being stopped on a suspicious vehicle check in the 16000 block of Hunters Way Drive.

Liquor Violation – A homeowner was cited for allowing a large underage party with alcohol and marijuana in the 17000 block of White Robin Court.

Shoplifting – An unknown subject took cologne from a store in the 40 block of THF Boulevard without paying.

Liquor violation – A 38-year-old male threw trash at a victim and struck that individual and another victim during an argument, causing minor injuries. The incident occurred in the 16000 block of Barrister Lane.

Nov. 1

Shoplifting – A 32-year-old male attempted to push a 32-inch TV out of the Walmart on THF Boulevard without paying. Once he confronted, he left the merchandise and fled from police.

Auto theft – A 37-year-old female borrowed the victim’s car and iPhone but failed to return them. The car was later recovered outside the Chesterfield Police Department’s jurisdiction.

Assault – A 44-year-old male injured his leg after he kicked his car after an argument in the 18000 block of Tara Oaks Court.

Shoplifting – A 21-year-old male took clothing from a store in the Chesterfield Mall and left without paying.

Oct. 31

Shoplifting – An 18-year-old female took cosmetics and left a store in the 100 block of THF Boulevard without paying.  

Reported this week

Burglary – An unknown subject damaged the window screen on the rear window of a residence in the 14000 block of Vernon House Court.

Shoplifting – On Oct. 28, Unknown subjects took electronics and left a store in the 100 block of THF Boulevard without paying.

Larceny, residence – On Oct. 30, an unknown subject took cash from a residence in the 20 block of Forest Crest Drive.

Fraud – Sometime between Sept. 27 and Oct. 16, an unknown subject attempted to have the victim cash a fraudulent check and wire the money to another subject. The incident occurred in the 900 block of Quail Meadows Court. A similar incident also occurred on Oct. 27 in the 15000 block of Hitchcock Road.

Larceny, auto – An unknown subject entered an unlocked vehicle in the 2000 block of Cannon Heights Drive and took a pair of sunglasses.
