Police Blotter: Several Items Taken from Vehicles on White Plains Drive

The Chesterfield Police Blotter from Feb. 16 to Feb. 23.

The following information was supplied by the Chesterfield Police Department. 

Feb. 16

  • A 22-year-old man took a purse from a store in Chesterfield Mall.
  • A computer, MP3 player and cash was taken from a vehicle in the 14000 block of Clayton Road.

  • Someone is suspected of “quick changing” a clerk for $45 at a business in the 1700 block of Clarkson Road.
  • The front door was kicked in and copper piping taken from a vacant home in the 600 block of Princeton Gate Drive sometime between Feb. 8 and Feb. 17.
  • Two 19-year-old women took clothing from a store in Chesterfield Mall.
  • A 67-year-old man violated an order of protection by moving back in with his wife with her permission in the 500 block of Redondo Drive.

Feb. 18

  • A 20-year-old woman was issued a minor-in-possession citation when she was found drinking alcohol while riding in a vehicle near the intersection of Coliseum Driver and N. Woods Mill Road.
  • A 36-year-old man violated trash pick-up time restrictions in the 14000 block of Clayton Road.
  • A 44-year-old man violated trash pick-up time restrictions in the 60 block of Conway Cove Drive.
  • A 54-year-old female is suspected of fraud. Police say she failed to disclose income for her mother, who lives in a nursing home in the 15000 block of Clayton Road. This caused the facility to not be paid for services from July 2006 to February 2011.
  • Someone entered a closed business in the 14000 block of N. Outer 40 Road and took medicine, cash and candy.
  • Someone attempted to use counterfeit money to pay for clothing at a store in Chesterfield Mall.
  • A 49-year-old woman took clothing and jewelry from a store in Chesterfield Mall. The total losses are estimated to be more than $500.

  • Someone took two lion statues from the front of a business in Chesterfield Mall.
  • Police had to use force while arresting a 20-year-old woman for a DWI near the intersection of Olive Boulevard and Paddington Hill Drive. The woman assaulted officers and resisted arrest while being booked.
  • Someone took clothing without paying from a store in Chesterfield Mall.
  • The rear passenger-side window was removed from a car parked in the 200 block of THF Boulevard.

Feb. 20

  • A 19-year-old man was found in a residence in the 100 block of Saddleford Drive after being told he was not allowed to be there.
  • A 19-year-old man punched and kicked a victim over a girlfriend dispute while a 20-year-old woman watched in the 100 block of Saddleford Drive.

Feb. 21

  • A stereo was taken from a car in the 1100 block of Jonesborough Road sometime between Feb. 18 and Feb. 21.
  • A 43-year-old man and a 48-year-old man are suspected of concealing pet products and left a store in the 100 block of THF Boulevard without paying.
  • A purse with credit cards and cash was taken in the 10 block of Forum Shopping Center.

Feb.22

  • A man exposed himself to a victim in the 800 block of Chesterfield Parkway.
  • A victim’s credit card was used to make unauthorized purchases on Walmart.com between Feb. 18 and Feb. 22. The incident was reported in the 2100 block of Willow Forest Court.
  • A 24-year-old man damaged merchandise and took clothing from a store in the 100 block of THF Boulevard.
  • A 16-year-old boy made suspicious statements on his Facebook page. The crisis intervention team responded to the call in the 14000 block of Claymont Estates Drive.
  • A 52-year-old woman threatened harm against herself in the 1500 block of Mallard Landing Court. The crisis intervention team responded and she was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
  • A woman created a disturbance in a store in the 17000 block of Chesterfield Airport Road after she was not allowed to make a return.
  • Someone took a shop vacuum from a garage in the 15000 block of Meadow Oak Drive.
  • A 59-year-old woman made suspicious statements and took three sleeping pills. The crisis intervention team responded to the call in the 30 block of Chesterton Lane. She was transported to the hospital for evaluation. 

Feb. 23

  • Someone took cash from an unlocked vehicle and left an open case of soda in it in the 15000 block of Hitchcock Road.
  • Someone took cash, sunglasses and a damaged satellite radio from an unlocked care in the 50 block of White Plains Drive.
  • Someone took a coat from a vehicle in the 50 block of White Plains Drive.
  • Someone entered the victim’s vehicle while it was parked in an open garage in the 10 block of White Plains Drive and took credit cards, a purse and lingerie. The credit cards were used later in another jurisdiction.
  • Someone entered a vehicle near the intersection of Ladue and Woods Mill roads and took cash, credit cards and a wallet. The credit cards were used in another jurisdiction.
  • A vehicle’s window was broken and a GPS and phone charger where taken from it when it was parked in the 17000 block of Chesterfield Airport Road.

Earlier

March 29 to July 1, 2008

Someone used a victim’s identity to buy medical equipment. The incident was reported in the 14000 block of Summer Blossom Lane.

Sept. 30

A 30-year-old man used victim’s information to try to get a credit card. The incident was reported in the 15000 block of Olive Boulevard.

Feb. 10

A 28-year-old woman is suspected of taking a ring from a resident in the 1000 block of Chesterfield Pointe Parkway.

Feb. 11

A 36-year-old man fraudulently called in to a pharmacy in the 1700 block of Clarkson Road and obtained prescriptions between Jan. 4 and Feb. 11.
