Police Blotter: Shoplifter Skips Electronics, Goes for Vacuum Cleaner

July 3

Assault, 600 Trade Center Blvd. – A 31-year-old male slapped the victim’s hand away after an argument at work.

Harassment, 17000 Chesterfield Airport Rd. – An unknown subject threatened the victim over the phone.

July 5

Fraud, 100 Ridgecrest Dr. – An unknown subject opened up a credit account using the victim’s information.

Larceny over $500, 16000 Swingley Ridge Rd. – Between July 5 and July 7, an unknown subject took the victim’s iPad from a hotel room.

Larceny over $500, 200 THF Blvd. – An unknown subject took cash from the victim’s locker while at work.

Shoplifting, 100 THF Blvd. – A 32-year-old female was arrested for concealing merchandise and leaving a store without paying.

July 6

Shoplifting, 60 THF Blvd. – An unknown subject concealed golf clubs and left a store without paying.

Larceny over $500, 40 THF Blvd. – An unknown subject took a vacuum cleaner and walked out of a store without paying.

Larceny over $500, Edison Ave. and Long Rd. – An unknown subject entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle and took a cell phone.

Shoplifting, 100 THF Blvd. – A 44-year-old male and 27-year-old male were arrested for taking merchandise and walking out of a store without paying.
