Police Blotter: Stolen License Plates, Truck With Attached Snow Plow

The Chesterfield police blotter from Feb. 9 to Feb. 15.

The following information was supplied by the Chesterfield Police Department. 

Feb. 8

Computer hardware was taken from a desk inside a business in the 100 block of Chesterfield Industrial Boulevard.

Feb. 9

  • A 24-year-old man was found with marijuana in a vehicle on eastbound Highway 40 near Long Road.
  • A license plate was reported stolen. It was taken sometime between Feb. 2 and Feb. 9 in the 14000 block of Cazado Drive.
  • A trailer plate was reported stolen. It was taken sometime between Feb. 1 and Feb. 9 in the 700 block of Spirit of St. Louis Boulevard.
  • A 21-year-old female hit a 44-year-old male in the face during an argument at Woods Mill Road and Olive Boulevard.
  • Someone stole a license plate off of a work truck between Feb. 5 and Feb. 9 in the 200 block of Chesterfield Industrial Boulevard.

  • A 33-year-old man called and texted a 22-year-old woman; he was in violation of an order of protection. The incident was reported in the 1800 block of York Ridge Court.
  • Someone pumped gas and left without paying from a gas station in the 14000 block on Clayton Road.

Feb. 11

  • A vehicle was stolen in the 15000 block of Black Birch Drive.
  • A license plate was taken from a vehicle sometime between Feb. 5 and Feb. 11. The incident was reported at a home in the 1800 block of Buckington Drive.
  • All four tires were slashed on a vehicle in the 800 block of Grimstone Drive.
  • A credit card and cash were taken from a victim’s purse while she was working in the 17000 block of Chesterfield Airport Road.

Feb. 12

  • Someone keyed a vehicle and poured bleach down the outside vents while it was parked in the 16000 block of Barrister Lane.
  • Someone attempted to light trash on fire in front of an apartment door and spry painted the sidewalk and storage shed in the parking lot in the 2000 block of Cannon Heights Drive.
  • Unknown suspects stole clothing from a business in . The clothing was later abandoned and recovered in the mall.
  • Someone used a victim’s credit card for two purchases at Chesterfield Mall.

Feb. 13

  • A 22-year-old man was found in possession of marijuana while he was riding in a vehicle near Baxter Road and Manor Knoll Drive.
  • Someone broke the front door of a business in the 14000 block of Ladue Road and stole lottery tickets and cash.
  • Someone took a wallet with credit cards and cash from a car in the 16000 block of N Outer 40 Road.
  • A Missouri license plate was recovered from a call at Chesterfield Mall. There were insufficient funds during registration.
  • Someone used a victim’s credit card for an online purchase. The incident was reported in the 14000 block of White Birch Valley Lane.
  • Someone drove through a front lawn causing damage in the 100 block of 100 High Valley Drive.
  • A 24-year-old man was intoxicated and walked around a home in the 16000 block of Wilson View Estates Drive with a knife, making threats to himself. responded to the call.

Feb. 14

  • Someone used a victim’s credit card for purchase after it was stolen in another jurisdiction. The incident was reported in the 1700 block of Clarkson Road.
  • A truck with an attached snow plow and salt spreader was taken sometime between Feb. 12 and Feb. 14 in the 300 block of N Eatherton Road.

Feb. 15

  • The Crisis Intervention Team was called to a home in the 50 block of White Plains Drive when a 28-year-old man had a mental crisis and was off his prescribed medication. He was taken to the hospital for evaluations.
  • Someone took a GPS from a vehicle on Baxter Lane between Feb. 1 and Feb. 15.
  • A 22-year-old man was found with marijuana while driving at the intersection of Baxter Road and Manor Knoll Drive.
  • Two 20-year-old men and a 21-year-old man took clothing from a store in Chesterfield Mall.
