Shoplifting, Theft Reports at New Outlet Mall, Other Locations in City

The following arrest information was supplied by the Chesterfield Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. All addresses given are approximate.

On Aug. 25 in the parking lot at the Wehrenberg Galaxy Cine in the Chesterfield Valley, police said someone damaged a door lock on victim's vehicle in an attempt to make entry.

On Aug. 25 in the parking lot at Home Depot in the Chesterfield Valley, someone damaged a vehicle door lock and took sunglasses and change.

On Aug. 25 at the Taubman Prestige Outlet Mall, police said someone stole more than $500 worth of property — a digital touch screen dashboard and textbooks — from a car in the parking lot.

On Aug. 24 in the 1000 block of Savonne Court, someone entered the victim's open garage and took sunglasses out of unlocked vehicle.

On Aug. 25, at Taubman Prestige Outlets, police took a report of unknown person shoplifting a handful of purses from a store at the newly opened mall.

On Aug. 25 at the Chesterfield Mall, police said someone stole a pair of sunglasses from Sunglass Hut that was valued at more than $500.

Between June 1 and Aug. 24, police said someone stole jewelry from a residence in the 14000 block of Chesterfield Trails Drive.

On Aug. 20, at the Steak 'n Shake restaurant near Olive and Woods Mill, police said someone stole a cellphone that was left on a table.
