Third of Four People Accused in Pizza Delivery Murder
St. Louis Police say third man linked to the shooting death of Ballwin pizza delivery man, but was not the gunman.
A third person was charged with crimes related to the of Daniil Maksimenko, a 22-year-old Ballwin resident, police said.
Davionte Williams, 22, of the 4200 block of Cleveland in St. Louis, was charged Friday with second-degree murder and armed criminal action.
A report said that Williams was one of three people who robbed Maksimenko on May 19. The resident was delivering pizza in Hillsdale when he was shot and killed.

A police report said Williams was not the gunman. Police said they believe four people were involved in the robbery and murder.
Another suspect charged in the crime, , also was ruled out as the person who shot Maksimenko.

Police have not ruled out as the gunman. Crockett was already charged with robbery, murder and armed criminal action in the case.
