The City of Chesterfield will hold two public hearings during tonight's planning commission meeting. Any resident wishing to way in may attend the meeting, which will be at 7 p.m. at Chesterfield City Hall.
- The first hearing concerns a rezoning request by Stages St. Louis for a property located on the southwest corner of E. Chesterfield Parkway and Swingley Ridge Road. The requested change is being done to accommodate the intended uses for the site, which are general office, administrative office for educational or religious facility, indoor theater and educational facility.
- The second hearing concerns a request for a zoning amendment by Chesterfield Oaks (Capital Land) to add medical office use for a site located on the east side of Clarkson Road between Chesterfield Parkway and Baxter Road. The amendment would not allow the operation of emergency care facilities, but would expand the current operating hours of 7 a.m.-9:30 p.m. The hours would be extended until 10 p.m. for the operation of a bookstore and would start at 6 a.m. for a bakery/coffee shop.
