Brief Background

I have led and currently serve various governmental and non-profit organizations as a business attorney. I have worked with over 105 municipalities in Missouri as a regulatory consultant. I understand the needs and priorities of the residents of Chesterfield. As a professor of Business Ethics, I place education at the top of my list of priorities. As a business owner, I recognize the challenges of small businesses and the interaction between government and business. I believe that I am the only candidate who possesses a unique combination of skills and talents that can serve Chesterfield well.

Reasons for Running

The position of a Councilman in Chesterfield is an important position for the community of Chesterfield. I believe that I am eminently qualified for this position. I have been an integral part of the community for several years. As a fiscal conservative, my priorities are strategically planned business expansion in Chesterfield concurrent with continually creating a family environment with our contributions to the parks and the Arts. As a father of a teen in Chesterfield and her ex-softball coach, I recognize and support the need for safety and security within the community as well as the importance of a superior school system.

We need to practice more fiscal conservatism

What role do you think city government should play in promoting economic growth?

I prefer a limited role of government; Government is an advisor to individuals and businesses not the driver

When considering the city's budget, what programs do you think should be prioritized? How would you decide what should be cut, if such a move was needed?

Priorities are based on the needs of the Citizenry and then businesses; tax rates for individuals should be cut and I support that move
