'Men In Black' Showed Chesterfield Sen. Cunningham the Statehouse Door?

Missouri State Sen. Jane Cunningham, a Chesterfield Republican, described in a March 31 speech, who is responsible for her leaving office.

In this YouTube video, that granted, has been around since March 31, Chesterfield resident and Missouri State Sen. Jane Cunningham describes her legacy in public service at the statehouse, and how 10 men pushed her out of officeβ€”not voters.

The 2-minute mark on the 3:26-minute video describes her ordeal.

New voting district maps based on the 2010 U.S. Census, left Cunningham with an uphill battle to win a Republican seat in the state senate.

Cunningham did not file to run for office by the deadline, despite saying initially she would move to Wildwood in order to run. She also lost a lawsuit over the new re-districting map.

Cunningham was hospitalized suddenly last week, several days before the end of the state session, for reported light-headedness. She was then scheduled to be released the next day. There has been no further details made public.
