Sec'y of State Robin Carnahan has this to say:

Missouri's Secretary of State Robin Carnahan is encouraging voters across the state of Missouri to participate in the February 7 Presidential Primary.

Local election officials estimated that nearly 23 percent of Missouri registered voters will take part as Missourians choose who they think is the best presidential nominee, the Secretary's office said in a press release.

"Missourians have a chance to make their voices heard, and I hope they show the political party insiders that they want to have a say in this process by going to the polls," Carnahan said.
