Carnitas Dinner

What you will need:

Serves 4

3 lbs. Pulled Pork

½ Onion

Tortillas

Mexican Rice

Refried Beans

Guacamole

Slow-Cooker (for best results)

Add your pork and seasonings into your slow-cooker and cook for five hours; this allows the pork to become very tender and absorb the flavors. The fantastic part- you’re almost done with just this one simple step. However, you’re always welcome at Fiesta for an entirely hands-free experience.

After the pork has cooked for five hours, it’s time to sauté your onion (add a little salt and balsamic vinegar to taste.)
